    Broccoli Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

    Eating salads are hard. After awhile, you start to feel like a rabbit in dire need of a burger. Switch it up once in awhile to keep your taste buds happy. Your body will thank you too!

    What you’ll need: 

    2 cups of broccoli, diced

    2 tbsp Poppyseed dressing

    1/2 cup of trailmix (I like the one with pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and almonds)

    Instructions: 

    Mix them together in a bowl. Eat it.
